Our journey began during a late-night conversation between my husband and me during the early days of our relationship. We shared our dreams and aspirations. The framework consists of Vision, Objective, Learning, and Trajectory, each carefully designed to help us and others set clear goals, engage in continuous learning, and strategically move toward our dreams. VOLT has since transformed our lives, giving us a clear direction and a renewed sense of purpose.
